What Solyndra's default in proportion to the federal renewable investment

Despite the fuss made about Solyndra's default by Republican politicians in the United States, here is an informative report with figures from a trusted financial news source - Bloomberg - about what it really means to the federal budget.
The conclusion? Not that much. the federal government indeed has budgeted 13% default rate while Solyndra only contributed to about 4%.
In addition, another report shows that the fossil fuel industry enjoys 6 times more state subsidies than the renewable energy.
Judge for yourself why we still need more investment for alternative energy.
